Therapy

Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we experience throughout our lives. Through counseling and treatment, you can recover the motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Everyone's trauma is different yet symptoms resulting from trauma are often similar from person to person. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after having experienced a traumatic event. You can overcome these symptoms with guidance and support.

Relationships

We have a number of different kinds of relationships with others, from co-workers and friends, to school mates and loved ones. If you are struggling to connect or effectively communicate with others, then therapy can be beneficial in helping you strengthen your emotional connections and improve your communication. Therapy sessions may be held with individuals and/or families and are a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationships.
